Biltmore Forest Fire Insurance Rating Improves

The Town received great news from the NC Department of Insurance today, as we were informed that Skyland Fire Department's insurance rating for the Town improved from a Class 4 to a Class 3. Skyland Fire Department does a great job serving the Town, and we thank Chief Dennis Presley and his entire Department for their work.

The attached two items are press releases from the North Carolina Insurance Commissioner and the Office of the State Fire Marshall.

The third item is a letter from Skyland Fire Department that you can provide your insurance carrier in regards to the change in classification.
