Happenings in the Forest - 11/3/23
Happy November everyone!
Here is what has been happening in The Forest this week:
Town Hall
- The 100th Anniversary Hootenanny will be taking place TONIGHT at Town Hall Friday, November 2nd at 6:30pm - We hope to see y'all there!

- A Biltmore Forest History presentation hosted by Diane Zimmerman, will take place at Town Hall Sunday, November 12th from 5:00pm-6:00pm
- Upcoming Club Events
- The Running Club will be meeting at Town Hall Saturday, November 4th at 9:00am
Police Department
- We launched the Winter clothing drive for the Veterans Restorative Quarters that will run 10/27/23-11/08/23

Officer Zub and Telecommunicator Gigi attended Trunk or Treat hosted by the Buncombe County Sheriffs Office at the Family Justice Center in Asheville. They set up a Halloween table, represented Biltmore Forest Police Department , and handed out candy to a large group of children and families that came out to celebrate at the event.
Biltmore Forest Halloween Trick or Treat went very well and saw a lot of Trick or Treaters.
A promotion ceremony honoring the promotions of Lieutenant Kenneth Merritt and Sergeant Patrick Ridgeway were held in the Social Room at Town Hall.
