Happenings in the Forest - 12/1/23

Here is what is going on in The Forest this week:

Town Hall

  • The annual Tree Lighting Ceremony will be taking place at Town Hall, Friday, December 2nd from 5:30pm-6:30pm
    • We hope to see everyone there! Click here for more details
  • Upcoming Club Events
    • The Running Club will be meeting at Town Hall Saturday, December 2nd at 9:00am

Public Works

  • Collected garbage and recycling
  • Utility locates
  • Tree Assessments
  • Daily water chlorine tests
  • Serviced dog waste stations
  • Completed first pass of leaf collection on North route
  • Began second round of leaf collection on South route
  • Blew leaves out of town hall/median
  • Blew leaves out of Greenwood and Rosebank Park
  • Repaired water leak on Stuyvesant Crescent
