Town Hall

  • Town Hall will be partially closed for the day on Wednesday, August 7th so employees can attend the Land of Sky cookout and network with other professionals
  • Sunday stretch takes place this Sunday, August 4th at the Town Hall

  • A big welcome to our newest addition, Officer Jay Turney - make sure to say hello and welcome him to the Town! 

Public Works

  • Collected garbage and recycling
  • Provided utility locates
  • Conducted tree assessments
  • Collected daily water chlorine tests
  • Serviced dog waste stations
  • Continued invasive plant material control along Brookside trail
  • Mowed and string trimmed
  • Began brush collection on the south side of town
  • Administered stormwater collection system repair on Southwood Road
  • Repaired broken fuel station pump
