Portion of Stuyvesant Road Closed Today

A portion of Stuyvesant Road, between Browntown and Southwood Roads, will be closed temporarily today, Monday, September 30th, for a tree removal. This closure is expected to last between 9:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. The Town has barricades up alerting motorists to this closure.

Detour Information

Traveling south: Those traveling south on Stuyvesant Road should turn left onto Browntown Road. Make right onto Hendersonville Road and continue through one traffic light and make a right at the next traffic light onto Eastwood Road.

Traveling north: Those traveling north on Stuyvesant Road should make a left onto Southwood Road. Follow Southwood Road until the intersection with Vanderbilt Road, and make a right. Follow Vanderbilt Road until arriving at the 5-point intersection with Vanderbilt, Stuvyesant, and Lone Pine Roads.
