Town of Biltmore Forest Press Release

The parties are pleased to announce that they have reached a mutually agreeable settlement of the litigation. The Mayor and Commissioners welcome the Stoneciphers to the Biltmore Forest community. The Stoneciphers are delighted to get to know their neighbors better and to participate in the life of the community. The Stoneciphers are covering the Town's expenses and future costs.
