Public Hearing for Zoning Ordinance Amendment

The Town Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on potential revisions to the Town's zoning ordinance on Tuesday, June 20, 2017. That public hearing was originally scheduled for the May Board meeting and was postponed until June.

The zoning text amendment under consideration is related to accessory buildings and structures. The Town's Planning Board held a meeting on Monday, May 1, 2017 and offered revisions to the draft amendment which were then incorporated into the new draft zoning text amendment that can be found below.
