Congratulations to Sgt. Kenny Merritt!

Sergeant Kenny Merritt graduated from the North Carolina Law Enforcement Leadership Academy on Friday, June 15^th. This training program is a demanding but very rewarding six month program where officers attend 24 hours of training per month for six months. In addition to the formal classroom setting officers are assigned projects and presentations outside of the classroom for a total of 152 hours of leadership training. Sergeant Merritt should be commended for his dedication in completing this rigorous program that will enhance his leadership abilities well into the future.
