Board of Commissioners to Hold Regular May Meeting
The Biltmore Forest Board of Commissioners will hold their regular monthly meeting on Tuesday, May 12, 2020 at 4:30 p.m.
Consistent with Governor Cooper's Executive Order 121, only 10 people are permitted to attend a meeting. Due to this limitation, and the necessity of the Mayor, Commissioners, and staff to attend the meeting, the public will not be physically able to attend the meeting.
As an accommodation and to allow the required public comment period, the Mayor and Board of Commissioners invites comments from the public via email. These comments will be read at the regular meeting on May 12th. All public comments should be emailed to the Town by 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 12, 2020. Please send all emails with the subject line "May 12th Public Comment" to the following address: townhall@biltmoreforest.org
A video feed of the meeting will also be available for citizens to watch the meeting. Information regarding this live viewing can be obtained by contacting the Town Hall at (828) 274-0824. The agenda packet for the meeting, and any additional information, will be posted to the Town's website by 5:00 p.m. Friday, May 8, 2020.
The Town appreciates your patience and understanding during this unprecedented time. We hope to resume a normal meeting schedule as soon as possible.
